Job Description

Responsible for architecting solutions along with Sales and Business development teams for client proposals
- Performing QA technology consulting and/or implementation assignments e.g. automation maturity, framework assessments, implementing testing pipeline in DevOps, etc.
- Architecting technical solutions for new trends in testing like Cloud migration, Agile, DevOps, Block chain, etc
- Work with delivery team to solve specific technical QA challenges
- Work with CoE to build products/solutions for specific customer asks/problems
- Estimate the efforts based on the proposed solutions and scope
- Understanding Cognizant IP products and identifying suitability of these products in client’s landscape
- Identifying customer challenges and proactively working with different groups to propose solutions
- Researching on plethora of Open source tools and technologies and how they can be used during solutioning for proposals and delivery
- Ability to perform deep research on various options based on specific client needs and asks
- Continuously learning new domains to ensure technology solutions are aligned with domain

Skills Required :

Candidate should be Graduate, MBA, BTech, BCA, BCS, MCA
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
