Job Description

he client recently acquired Syn-Apps to accelerate IoT in protecting the public and improve emergency response. Syn-Apps develops emergency notification software that is used by schools, businesses, and government agencies to keep their people safe and informed. Thousands of customers have deployed our notification solutions with their IP Phones, IP & Analog Paging Systems, and hundreds of other internal systems and services to automate bells and announcements, send emergency lockdown and closure announcements and for everyday communication. Syn-Apps is looking for a Senior Analyst to add to its team in Portland, OR.   The core focus of this position will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining automated and manual regression suites for functional, regression and performance testing. They will work with development and create a suite of backend white box test scripts to test the data integrity of a system. Required to work as an effective team member, contribute to team decisions, and support peers in the software test process by reporting cases in bug tracking systems and verifying the fixes and features. They will create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and analyze and report test results to management. In addition, they will work with Customer Support to reproduce defects reported by customers, when needed.

Skills Required :

Candidate should be Graduate, MBA, BTech, BCA, BCS, MCA
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
