Job Description

  • Designs, develops, implements, tests, and fixes defects in systems from overall designs prepared by senior staff under the periodic direction of a Senior Systems Administrator or higher
  • Resolves routine technical problems with systems under the general direction of a Senior Systems Administrator or higher
  • Performs maintenance, administration, and capacity planning activities on systems to ensure continued reliability, performance, and security targets are met. Works under the general direction of a Senior Systems Administrator or higher
  • Maintains working level knowledge of systems and tools within the scope of the team's responsibility. Maintains working knowledge of the business processes supported by the systems
  • Creates work estimates (effort and duration) of work assignments for inclusion into project plans under the general direction of a Senior Systems Administrator or higher
  • Actively participates in quality and continuous improvement initiatives with team members across the organization

Skills Required :

Candidate should be Graduate, MBA, BTech, BCA, BCS, MCA
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
